These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location. It shall be noted that all the proceedings shall be conducted as per Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. All arbitral proceedings shall be conducted in English language. Apio shall appoint an independent arbitrator and the other party hereby agrees to accept the arbitrator appointed by Apio. All the fees and legal expenses shall be borne by both the parties mutually. The arbitration shall be held at New Delhi India
